Sponsorships
We feel fortunate to be a part of this great community and wish to give back to it in any way we can. One way that we have chosen to do this is by sponsoring groups and events that are community-based and which have the potential to strenghten the community in some way. Examples of these sponsorships are (but are not limited to) sports teams, bands and musical groups, youth programs, and school fundrasers.
To manage the many sponsorship requests throughout the year we ask that you submit your request on-line and tell us how you feel it would help strengthen the community by sponsoring your event. While we are not able to grant every request each year we will work hard to help a variety of groups and events each quarter through financial donations, supplies, personal appearances, speaking engagements and advertising. Sponsorships will be awarded monthly.
Application Requirements
Please provide the following information:
- Name
- Today's date
- A description of the event and how it will benefit the community.
- What your requests are and when the event takes place.
- Your contact information
Submission Info
- Turn in all application materials in a sealed large manila envelope and mail to Naumann Johnson Orthodontics, ATTN: Michelle Gorman /Sponsorship Application, or email all requirements as attachments to community@naumannjohnson.com.
