Communication is very important in creating a trusting relationship between our patients and our staff, so I always make sure to answer any questions I can to make them more comfortable. Our doctors are really great at what they do and you can tell they enjoy it. I am married with two children, a son and a daughter. I enjoy spending time outside camping, hiking, and gardening.

I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1995.  I love working with patients to help create beautiful new smiles, self esteem and life long confidence.  I stand proud behind the great work of Dr's Naumann and Johnson and enjoy coming to work each day.  I am a native San Diegan and an active duty military spouse but have made Washington our home.  I love going to the beach, shopping and any outdoor activities with my husband and our two children.

I assist our doctors, follow individual treatment plans to work with patients, and help to build beautiful smiles in Kitsap County. I love to hear about what our patients are up to. We have some very smart and talented people that we see here in our office. I also like to joke around with our patients, and luckily our patients have a good sense of humor! Our doctors are great. They both love what they do and they like to mix some fun into the work day. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 25 years and we have three wonderful children that have blessed our lives. We love to take family vacations, go camping, hiking, and backpacking. We also love to just hang out at home and have a family game night or movie night!

Scheduling Coordinator 

I am one of our team’s scheduling coordinators. I try to make each patient’s appointments as convenient as possible and work with their schedule to get them in and out on time! I love getting to know each and every one of our patients, watching them grow and seeing their smiles change. I enjoy building really special relationships with our patients and their families, as well as with the rest of our team. I have two amazing kids that are the sparkle in my eye. Their little imaginations keep me laughing and smiling.

I assist our doctors in the clinic with all aspects of our patients’ care. I enjoy getting to know our patients and I try my best to make sure they are as comfortable as possible. Our doctors are the best orthodontists around and they truly care about the happiness of their patients, as well as their staff. My husband and I have one daughter who I adore. In my free time I enjoy hiking, reading, gardening, going to concerts, and spending quality time with my family.

I have been an assistant for over four years, helping our doctors by preparing our patients’ teeth for braces. I love that I help to create beautiful smiles every day! I love hearing about my patients’ day getting to know them and building great relationships with them. This office is like one big family. We all spend time outside of work with each other and have a blast. Each person is very unique and adds something special to the team. I have a wonderful little boy named Jacob who is the light of my life! Outside the office I enjoy hiking and biking, spending time with my family, going to the beach with Jacob, and working with the youth in my church.

I have worked at Naumann Johnson for 10 years as an assistant and just recently started working up front as a scheduling coordinator. Meeting someone for the very first time that is usually self-conscious of their teeth and watching them blossom into confident beautiful individuals is the best part of my job. Our doctors are very down-to earth individuals who make each day at work one to look forward to. They treat us with respect and make it a fun and very rewarding environment. This office is my second family and I love each and every person I work with. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and our son, shopping, and working out.

Laboratory Tech

I make all the moulds of our patients’ teeth, keep records of models, and make all sorts of appliances like retainers and expanders. I especially like working with our doctors on special cases to make original retainer designs depending on a patient’s individual needs. We all have so much fun at our office. We enjoy each other’s company and consider each other family. Outside the office I’m involved with community theater in and out of Kitsap County. Before I found my talent in the dental field I was going to school to be a high school band director.

Front Office/Records Coordinator

I work at the front desk, answering phones and email, as well as scheduling patients. I also work in the clinic taking photographs, x-rays and models.  My favorite part of this job is being a member of such a great team. It is very rewarding to come to work each day. I love working with our doctors because they are not just passionate about orthodontics, but they know how to make it educational and fun at the same time. The staff here is wonderful! Our office is open, family friendly and always full of laughter. When I’m not in the office I enjoy cooking, camping, gardening, traveling, going to the movies, and spending as much time as possible with my husband and our daughter.

I enjoy working in the orthodontic field because I know what a positive difference we are making in the lives of the patients in our office. Our doctors and staff members do an amazing job helping them to get the smile they’ve always wanted. Some of my favorite parts of my job are hosting events for the community, planning patient parties, and organizing seminars for our office. I have been married for over 27 years and we have four children, three grandchildren, and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Baxter. In my free time I enjoy hiking and baking.

Team Leader/Treatment Coordinator

I meet with new patients for their initial visit to our office. I learn about their goals and along with the doctor, I present to them their treatment options and then walk them through the treatment plan. I love teaching patients about orthodontics. I find it truly refreshing to meet with families and establish a relationship with them. I love working with Drs. Naumann and Johnson for so many reasons. I learn something new everyday and appreciate how they take care of our patients. I’ve been married to my husband, Rusty, for 25 years, and we have three children and a lovable Labrador named Sydney. I love to cook, travel, exercise, play tennis, and spend time with my family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator

I work at our Port Orchard front office and do everything from scheduling, contracts, deposits, and anything that pertains to our patients’ clerical needs. I’m usually one of the first people that our patients meet and talk to when they come to our office so I try to make them as comfortable and at ease as possible. I really enjoy getting to know the patients and their families and I consider my co-workers an extension of my family. I love dancing, going to plays, reading a good book, scrap-booking, and to going home to Idaho every summer. Most of all I love spending time with my large family.

Records Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant 

As a records coordinator I take photographs, x-rays and models of our patients. I also assist the doctors in the clinic. Being in the orthodontic field and getting to see the Before and Afters of patients is so rewarding. I love knowing that I helped with developing smiles the patients always wanted and deserve. Also, the girls I work with are amazing.  We all get along so well. We are like one big family, and the patients can really feel the fun and loving atmosphere we have at Naumann Johnson.

I love working with the doctors because they are so understanding and just all around great guys to be around. I’ve learned so much in the time I’ve been here from them, and they really take the time to make sure that we understand everything we do as assistants.

I love to spend as much time with my friends and family that I can. I love to shop, workout, go on outdoor adventures, and anything that keeps me busy. I was Born in California, but raised here in the Northwest. I have two dogs named Cora (German Shepherd) and Lola, a mixed puppy.

Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator I meet with patients to discuss their orthodontic needs and help coordinate treatment for new and current patients. A big part of my job that I love is developing a rapport with each patient that I meet. I am the contact person that families can go to before, during and after their treatment has been completed and I’m available to answer any questions they may have. Our doctors have our patients’ best interests in mind when they develop treatment plans. They are honest and sincere and value our patients’ needs and goals. I am married with two children. I enjoy volunteering in my kids’ classes at school and spending time with my family and friends. We also love to go camping.

Financial Coordinator

I work out final payment arrangements and contracts with patients and parents and coordinate with their insurance provider to maximize their benefits. I always try to be as helpful as possible when it comes to the financial aspects of getting a beautiful smile and can answer many questions regarding their payment plans. I love working with our team because we all really care about our patients. I married my high school sweetheart and we have four sons and a sweet Havanese dog named Georgia. I love the beach, food, and getting together with my friends.

I assist our doctors with patients, taking care of patients needs, and interacting with the patients on a personal level to make their orthodontic experience a good one. I can honestly say I enjoy waking up every day and coming to work. We have the best staff and we all really do get along and enjoy spending time with each other inside and outside of work. Our doctors are not only some of the best bosses I have ever had but they truly care about us as individuals. They strive to make us better, as employees and as people. My husband and I have two dogs, Junior and Chuggs. I absolutely love to go shopping in my free time, decorating my house, take my dogs for walks, and spending quality time with my husband, friends, and co-workers.
