In the Military
All of us at Naumann Johnson Orthodontics would like to thank the brave men and women who serve in our military. Having worked with so many of you over the years, we have come to understand many of the challenges facing our military families. We try hard to work around your individual time commitments, including transfers and deployments, and have even modified some of our policies to ease the burdens associated with changing locations. Please read below to learn more.
Military Courtesy
To thank our service men and women we offer a 10% courtesy for them and their children and spouses. As with all of our patients, we provide initial consultations and pre-orthodontic follow-ups free of charge. This includes digital radiographs and photographs needed at these appointments.
New Transfers
We understand that moving to a new area is already a hassle, so we try to make the transition to a new orthodontic office as hassle-free as possible. For instance, when needed we will contact your previous orthodontist for you to have your records sent to us. We also base our fees on how much treatment is left instead of double charging for records and a treatment plan. When moving out of the area while still in treatment we adjust your payment plan to match the amount of work completed.
Deployments
Are you only here for a certain amount of time before going out to sea? Can you not have braces on while deployed? Do you not know for sure what your future schedule is? Let us know and we will modify the treatment plan as much as possible to accomodate your situation.
Insurance
Yes, we do accept most insurances, including United Concordia. Our treatment coordinators are highly experienced with working with insurance companies to get the benefits you are entitled to. We work hard to educate our patients on the specifics of their individual policies as they relate to orthodontics.
