Your first visit will be guided by one of our wonderful treatment coordinators. Shelly, Kim and Kate have had extensive training in orthodontic modalities and customer service. Together with our doctors, they will provide you and your family with information to make the best treatment decisions. Your treatment coordinator will handle questions dealing with insurance coverage, treatment timing, coordination with your general dentist, etc. You will learn that the relationship with your treatment coordinator is one of the aspects that makes your experience at NJO great.

Before treatment begins, Dr Naumann and Dr Johnson will recommend that diagnostic records such as models of the teeth, digital radiography, and photos be taken. Lorie, and Carol our record coordinator's are fabulous at making this a fun and exciting experience. The doctors will sit down with this information and develop a step-by-step treatment plan to allow treatment to run smoothly and efficiently. These diagnostic records are complimentary and will be reviewed throughout treatment.
